Privacy Statement
Last updated 30 August 2026
This statement explains what personal data Nauron AI Sp. z o.o. — the data controller — collects through the nauron.ai website, why we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data we collect
When you contact us through the inquiry form we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, company and message. When you browse the site we also collect limited technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view, through server logs and, with your consent, analytics.
Why we process it
We use contact-form data to respond to your inquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. We use technical data to operate, secure and improve the site — our legitimate interest — and we use analytics only where you have given consent. We also process data where we are required to by law.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure page views, product views, form interactions, calls to action, contact links and outbound links. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or form content to Google. Page URLs and referrers sent for measurement exclude query strings and fragments.
Google tags do not load until you consent to the relevant optional category. You can read more and change or withdraw your choices at any time in our Cookie Policy or through Cookie Settings in the footer.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — including Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Brevo for contact inquiries, and Google for analytics and advertising measurement where you consent — under appropriate data-processing agreements, and with authorities where disclosure is required by law.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship — and then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this statement
We may update this statement from time to time. The current version is always the one published here, and the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
